How do I know my size?

To know the correct bracelet or ring size for the product you want to order, please consult our sizing guide.

How are all product authenticated?

All of our diamond jewelry will be delivered with internationally accredited diamond certification, and all our gold jewelry also comes international gold certification certifying that it is 18 carat gold.

Can I get an item engraved?

Engraving is available on certain pieces. The product page on the website states whether engraving is available for a piece. After placing an order for a piece you want engraved, please email us at info@kahanajewels.com with your order number and the text you want engraved on it.

What packaging will my order be delivered in?

All of our creations are carefully packaged in an elegant jewelry box reflecting our brand aesthetic. We will secure the jewelry box in a cardboard box to secure the piece further during shipping.

Can I include a personalised message for a gift?

Yes you can, simply email us at info@kahanajewels.com with your order number and the message you want included with your gift.

What are Kahana’s delivery options?

We deliver our products worldwide. For estimated delivery dates, please check the product page of each product you would like to order.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge for all orders.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link on the email provided at checkout once your order has been shipped. You can also email us at info@kahanajewels.com for assistance.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, a signature is required upon receipt of your package.

Payment

What are payment options?

You can make a payment online on our website after adding our products to cart through your credit / debit card, or through your PayPal / Stripe account.

Will I be charged duties, taxes, and other fees?

We do not charge taxes for international orders at checkout. You will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order. Please note that your local customs agency may hold your order until duties, taxes, and fees are paid, resulting in a delay in delivery.

The refusal of payment of such fees causes the order to get cancelled. If the receiver refuses shipment and the package is returned to Kahana, the refund will have the shipping fee ($50) and a Return to Sender fee ($25) deducted from the receiver’s refund.
